Hello, I'm Katy —
a photographer, mother, and passionate artist dedicated to capturing life’s uniquely beautiful moments. Photography has always fascinated me for its power to evoke emotions and forge connections. My goal is to create imagery that are not only visually striking, but also deeply meaningful, reflecting the essence of each client. With a commitment to artistry and excellence, I strive to preserve memories that will be cherished for years to come.
I believe in making a connection with the people I photograph and that a richer art form derives from that spirit.

My work is known for its vibrant color, timeless style, feminine textures, and thoughtful composition.
With a background in performing arts, a degree in music, and a deep passion for visual arts, I have woven all of these elements into my photography career.
I love continually striving to refine my artistic approach and discovering new ways to see the world through photography. When I am behind the lens I am present and intentional, and time seems to fly by.
Inspiration comes to me through nature and when I connect with the little girl in me who loves dressing up and twirling in the flowers. Described as an old soul since childhood, I have a love for film photography, homes with character, Audrey Hepburn, hand-written letters, family heirlooms, and French decor. I’m an introvert at heart and connect best with others one-on-one. Home is my happy place, and I find that the work of a photographer suits my quiet, creative nature well.

PHOTOGRAPHY HAS BEEN A LIFE-LONG PASSION OF MINE.
As a little girl, I would line up my Barbie dolls or dress up the farm cats for a photoshoot with a Kodak disposable camera, eagerly awaiting the results as the film developed at Shopko.
As a teenager my friends could always expect a creative photoshoot directed by me to be the main event of the slumber parties at my house. In 2020 I got my hands on my first professional camera and a few good lenses. At the time, I was living in Maui, Hawaii, where colorful inspiration abounds. My camera and I became inseparable. Since then I have been able to bring my creative ideas to life at a new level.
